Let's define homeopathy and its origin.

In order to give a better definition of homeopathy, it can be described as a holistic system of treatment which originated in the 1700’s.

The name itself comes from two Greek words that mean “like disease”.

The homeopathy treatments system is structured on the idea that substances that produce symptoms in healthy people can be highly diluted in water and given to sick people who exhibit these very same symptoms. “Like cures Like”

Homeopathic medicines or remedies are believed to stimulate the body’s ability to heal itself.

This is in opposition to conventional medicine which targets only the symptom without consideration to strengthen the body’s ability to heal itself.

In helping to define homeopathy with more clarity, let’s look more at the origin.

A German physician by the name of Samuel Hahnemann (1755-1843) who became quite disturbed by the medical system of his time and believed that some of the treatments actually did more harm than good to patients began doing his own experiments on himself.

He used Peruvian bark, which contains quinine, a remedy for malaria.

His conclusion was that in a healthy person, quinine creates the same symptoms that malaria does, including the chills and fevers, which is why it is effective as a remedy.

He then found other remedies available in nature and began proving their effectiveness and documenting it. This is still done today.

Hahnemann formulated these principles of homeopathy:

• Law of Similars (like cures like)

• Law of the Infinitesimal Dose (The more diluted a remedy is, the more potent it is.)

• Illness is specific to the individual


To further define homeopathy as a treatment for skin cancer is an area that I have no experience in.

I survived skin cancer, 20 years ago, by using a holistic approach combined with conventional medicine. I have no experience specifically with homeopathy. I will only say to use the form of treatment that works best for you.

Consider your present condition and consult with the proper professionals.

I can only tell you that here in the U.S. most alternative health care professionals use it as a complimentary treatment along with other conventional approaches.

There are countries where homeopathy is more commonly used for cancer. By using the proper homeopathy treatments tumors have been successfully dissipated and the cancer process reversed.

I strongly suggest that you always consult with a medical doctor along with your alternative specialist, especially for something as serious cancer.
