The best anti aging products focus on your health. What’s going on inside your body is reflected by what you see on the outside, your skin, hair, nails and even how you express your outlook on life.
By strengthening what's inside your body, you build a resistance to skin cancer and other diseases.
Choosing healthy foods for anti aging and supplementing with quality whole food vitamins and minerals can add quality and years to your life.
If your only concern is a plastic surgery makeover on your face or a tummy-tuck to get rid of unwanted fat, you are not anti aging; and further along in time you’ll have some unwanted side effects.
Of course, in the event you’ve had surgery to remove skin cancer or any other reason, then reconstructive cosmetic surgery may be considered. Some other good reasons for cosmetic surgery would be situations such as burns or accidents, damaging your appearance.
The really best information on anti aging anyone can find comes from reading, learning and educating yourself on choosing the healthiest foods for anti aging.
Also, you should always choose healthy ingredients in lotions and cosmetics that you rub into your skin.
That is what is going to work for you.
Back in 1990 when it was discovered that I had squamous cell carcinoma, a type of skin cancer that had traveled inward, within my head and neck; I desperately started learning all I could about a macrobiotic diet for cancer.
I immediately implemented everything I was learning and went to the Kushi Institute - Center for Natural Healing in Becket, MA for counseling. I spent one week there, learning what foods specifically I needed to be eating for my condition, as well as learning the preparation and cooking of these foods.
Unfortunately, as fast as my tumors were growing and I decided to undergo the conventional treatments of chemotherapy, major surgery and radiation. Those treatments took years from my life, but the very fortunate thing that happened here is the macrobiotic diet and healthy lifestyle I chose. I’ve lived way beyond the 5-10 years expectancy the doctors gave me.
Now that’s anti-aging! ..and I’m a happy survivor!
In case you’re still wondering ..OK, but what are the best anti aging products if I’m just looking to go buy something that will help me to look younger?
I’ll first repeat everything I said above and recommend that you start implementing healthy foods into your diet and eliminating overly processed, toxic, unhealthy foods from your diet.
You might want to consider having a blood test done to determine any vitamin or mineral deficiency in your body.
Then find a good place such as Vitacost to buy whole food supplements that can make up for deficiencies that exist and are not being addressed by your diet.
As far as all the marketing ploys to sell you some unhealthy creams or remedies to make you look younger, forget it, focus on your health and you’ll reap the rewards!

"MELANOMA : “NO BIG DEAL ” IT'S JUST SKIN CANCER!
Hi! My name is Nick and I’m 56 yrs. old and this is part of my story. Let me tell you, I was like a lot of people out there and I had no idea that skin cancer was anything bad. I had Basal cell back in 2007, but that was no big deal and it was removed and that was the end of that. No one told me that it was a type of skin cancer (I looked it up on my computer). But still no big deal, it would not kill me.
But I did know the word "Melanoma"....." --by Nick
