The term “anti aging supplement products” is more of a marketing tactic, designed to sell various creams, pills and anti aging remedies that likely are not promoting a more energetic, youthful you for the future.
Although the focus here is really on skin cancer and improving your health, I still find it worthwhile to mention anti aging.
As many of you spend too much time in the sun wanting to have a good looking tan, you don't realize that overexposure is actually causing your skin to age and wrinkle earlier.
This practice could also lead to skin cancer and surgery on your face and other parts of your body.
So you have to rule out the "sun worshipping" if you're serious about anti-aging.
We cut years from our life (sometimes many) by eating unhealthy diets, nutritional deficiencies (causing chronic disease) and aging/wrinkling our skin by overexposure to the sun (sometimes under exposure) possibly causing skin cancer.
So when we all think of anti aging, we should be thinking of healthy living and supplementing with the anti aging supplement products that your body needs, such as:
•A nutritious diet
•Quality anti aging supplement products (vitamins and minerals)
•Limited exposure to the sun
•Using sunscreen and protective clothing when necessary
In other words, stay healthy and protect your skin from within and without.
You can be tested to learn what vitamin and mineral deficiencies you have.
True anti-aging is not the goal of tummy tucks, breast implants, plastic surgery or altering your physical appearance in any way through the use of medicine or surgery. The only exception considered would be corrective reconstruction surgery due to skin cancer treatments, accidents, burns and such as this.
Research on anti aging has led to certain anti aging discoveries.
Anti aging discoveries are simply discoveries that show us how certain vitamins, minerals and a combination thereof will help us to live a disease free and longer, happier life.
Anti aging amino acids is a term that boils down to the knowledge of a certain fact about amino acids. What we have learned is that there are more than 250 amino acids found in nature. Our bodies require only 20 of these for human growth. They are divided into nonessential and essential amino acids. The essential amino acids must be obtained from our diet.
Amino acids are what proteins are made of, therefore we need to be eating anti aging food high in protein to obtain amino acids. The amino acids we get from our diet are the essential amino acids. The nonessential amino acids are manufactured within our bodies by the essential amino acids we consume in our diet.
So if you are not eating enough protein to be getting the essential amino acids that your body needs for it to be manufacturing the nonessential acids, then supplementing with a whole food supplement would be the smartest choice as an anti aging supplement product.
We do grow older naturally, no avoiding it; we can never turn back the clock, but we can do something to add years to our lives and feel good.
Unfortunately, smoking, stress, poor nutrition and inactive lifestyles contribute to early aging, disease and a tired worn out person. It then becomes hard to enjoy life.
We all want to stay young and feel vigorous!
A nutritious diet and daily physical activity, that is to say exercise, to combat the increasingly common processed junk food and sedentary lifestyle, will go a long way to add years to your life.
BUT, here’s why we need to have anti aging supplement products available.
Our new methods of agriculture throughout most of the world such as genetically engineered foods, steroids, antibiotic fed cattle and poultry, chemically fertilized crops do much to help us age faster and be prone to whatever type of disease, including all types of cancer.
Anti aging supplement products can fill the gap where agriculture and what used to be “natural” fails us.
Being that we rely on these products to keep us healthier and live more, and more enjoyable years, then we should also be concerned with the quality of the supplements we choose.
I’m talking about whole food vitamins and minerals as opposed to the synthetic versions.
Did you know that when you consume synthetic ascorbic acid for vitamin C your body must gather all the other components from the body tissues it needs in order to make the complete complex vitamin. If the other components are not present and available in your body tissue, your body will simply eliminate the ascorbic acid in the urine. This amounts to throwing your money away.

"MELANOMA : “NO BIG DEAL ” IT'S JUST SKIN CANCER!
Hi! My name is Nick and I’m 56 yrs. old and this is part of my story. Let me tell you, I was like a lot of people out there and I had no idea that skin cancer was anything bad. I had Basal cell back in 2007, but that was no big deal and it was removed and that was the end of that. No one told me that it was a type of skin cancer (I looked it up on my computer). But still no big deal, it would not kill me.
But I did know the word "Melanoma"....." --by Nick
